Amenities & Accommodations
At the Midtown Bed & Breakfast, we strive to offer the latest in modern amenities while maintaining a home with traditional charm. We turn an overnight stay (or however long the length of your stay may be) into an "experience" at reasonable rates. We LOVE having groups come for a stay, whether it be a girlfriend's weekend, a bridal group, or friends staying together for a local event. Three lovely upper bedrooms differ in size, but all have 24-hour access to a common, same-level snack/coffee area, complete with a dining table and shared bathroom. Our Grey Suite offers a private setting with a bedroom, a full kitchen, a living room, and a private bathroom. This suite also offers a kids' playroom. We include these amenities for guests in the Grey Suite:

- Large over-sized front porch with a comfortable sofa and rocking chairs
- Small refrigerator, microwave oven, 12-cup coffee pot, and individual serving coffee maker (decaf, hot cocoa, tea, hot apple cider)

- Two-zone heating & air conditioning enabling you to control your own temperature
- Cable TV in all guest bedrooms
- Full-length and make-up mirrors in all guest bedrooms
- Roll-away bed, crib, toddler bed, and motorized baby swing available upon request
- Full bathroom upstairs, full bathroom in the lower level
- Shower caddy including hair dryer, hair wrap, and toiletries
- Comfort-height toilets, sinks, and vanities
- Bath robes provided
Guests are asked to remove their shoes to preserve the beauty of our home. Please pack a pair of slippers.

Blue Room
Luxe bedding and soft blue painted walls, the over-sized Blue Room gives off a spa-like feeling of total relaxation. This room comes complete with a comfy Tempur-Pedic king-size bed, leopard print slipper chair, and a cushioned 3-window seating area, along with dual nightstands, modern dresser, make-up station/desk, large closets, and ceiling fan. This room also includes a 40" television with cable networks, if you feel like taking it easy while watching TV in the privacy of your room. Included in the Blue Room is a Honeywell Air Purifier and humidifier. This room can accommodate a toddler bed or twin-size cot set up in the oversized closet (additional charges apply).

UPPER LEVEL SLEEPS 7
Purple Room*
Shades of purple and soft Heather Plum bedding and matching chair, partnered with mirrored nightstands, chest and vanity, make our “Hollywood Glam” Room a luxurious atmosphere. Enjoy the glamorous Art Deco era of the 1940’s with the grey suede-like fabric queen bed frame, adorned with tufting and pewter nail heads. This complements the grey linen shades and glass Art Deco base of the side lamps. Beautiful 1940's style prints are displayed on the walls, and guests can set the mood with our remote control fan/chandelier combo. A Honeywell Air Purifier, large walk-in closet and 32-inch flat screen television with cable and private closet complete the room.
Green Room*
Our Green Room features two twin beds with a lush greenery motif and Ralph Lauren bedding, which lends an aire of leisurely style and comfort. For your enjoyment and relaxation, a remote control palm leaf fan/light and table lamp complete the mood. Enjoy watching the 32-inch wall-mounted flat screen television with cable. Our soft green Suede arm chair and ottoman fits cozy in the corner, and is a perfect spot for reading or just taking a break. The surrounding green walls make one feel as though they were in the jungle.
Lower Level Apartment
Enjoy the solitude of our Grey Suite, which offers the added features of a private living space. The suite includes a kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, range/oven, and microwave, along with a sink and a wet bar. Pots, pans, a microwave, dishes, and towels are also available, along with a coffee pot and Kuerig pods. The living room showcases a modern feel with a large, 70-inch flat screen TV, reclining leather sectional, and gas fireplace. When it's time to turn in, you'll quickly drift to sleep in the grey bedroom's comfy queen-size bed with lush linens and pillows. This room also includes dual nightstands with lamps and a 27-inch flat screen television. The loveseat in the living room opens to a queen-size bed for additional sleep space. Included with the Grey Suite is a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a lighted 2-sided magnifying make-up mirror. Two bathrobes, a hair dryer, and a full-length mirror are available for use. The apartment has a treadmill available, and also has a toy room with a 25-inch TV (for movies only). This space can be used as an additional sleep space. A queen-size air mattress is available for an additional charge. Guests receive a continental breakfast each morning.
