Diane Scharrer now, welcoming you to the Midtown Bed & Breakfast, Frankenmuth, MI.

Diane Scharrer was born and raised in Frankenmuth. She has lived in New York City, El Paso, Texas, and in the Washington, D.C. area. After 38 years working as a flight attendant, restaurant owner/operator, and new home sales manager, Diane returned to Frankenmuth to open an upscale Bed & Breakfast that was originally built in 1910. She personally participated in the design concept of the interior of the 101-year-old structure. The primary focus is a comfortable but contemporary ambiance for guests to enjoy. In 1972, Diane was crowned "Bavarian Princess," and remains thrilled to promote her hometown of Frankenmuth. Her family was among the earliest families to settle in the Frankenmuth area.
